LALLIER HOUSE

The Champagne house based in Aÿ entrusted us with a large-scale project to redesign their premises.
We customized furniture to showcase educational content, supporting the brand ambassador's verbal explanations during tours. In the second cellar, visitors learn the secrets of how Lallier Champagne is made. Seven contemporary installations illustrate, for example, selection, parcel-by-parcel vinification, malolactic fermentation, house yeasts, aging, and blending.
