To recount this journey of love on the small island of Gorée, off the coast of Senegal, we wanted to showcase the simple, gentle life that unfolds there. The sheets drying on the clotheslines are projection screens, the gazebo made of branches connected by woven cotton strips magnifies the bottle, and scented pompons break down the olfactory pyramid.
